My adult son and I had lunch on May 3rd, 2010.
My son had a meatball sand witch which he did not enjoy. I had a sausage soup and Caesar salad. The soup was very bland almost watered down. The salad was very nice. The young man who served us was very good. How ever,as I sat facing the brick oven I watched the cook pick up a large white cloth, blow his nose into it, set the cloth on the counter and never wash his hands.I watched him walk to the end of the cooking area, talk to someone,
and walk back. He then started mixing something. My son asked what I was looking at, and I told him. He asked if Bertucci's had a comment card and was told "No." We paid our bill and gave the waiter a good tip. The experience we had, was not his fault.

Hello. I had ordered take out this past Friday at your restaurant. And there was a young woman, by the name of Jessica, who seemed very disorganized at the time. I had ordered the chicken and steak combo, with a side order of the ceasar salad. As well, the large Tucci. I did not receive the salad nor the correct pizza toppings. The young lady seemed very pushy and irritated. I was not pleased at all with my experience. Her attitude was very negative as well as her remarks. I am not sure if anyone will take this into consideration, but, I am. I am going to be speaking with the corporate office. Pleasure doing business with you, too bad it's your last with me.

I had the scallops over angel hair pasta. It was so spicy I felt like my mouth was on fire ~ I ate just the scallops.
The pizza is great there but the hot pepper was way over-done. Way too spicy!

This place is AWESOME!! The food is deliious with big portion sizes!! I also love the atmosphere!! The people are very friendly, and the pricing is so reasonable!!! Deffinately a great place for family or a date!
