tried this place out on a recommendation. Very cute and comfortable with great food choices, fresh with fast and friendly service.

Yes, Joe, he's grouchy - he's doing lunch rush alone and doesn't have time to dillydally. Get your order together before you get in line and you'll be eating a pretty darn good sandwich for a decent price.

to bad Joe had a bad experience. I've been going there for 15 years and find the food,soups and owner to be excellent.

Had an o.k. sandwich there one time. However, the soup I had last week was terrible. Too salty. Also, the owner is very quick and grouchy. If you do not know what you want or ask questions about the menu, he tends to snap. I am finished going there.
