I been going here since 1999, loved the dancing and food. Havent been in over a year and will never go again. Thank Paul Roy!! Pacific Fusion is the better place to go in town!!!

I used to frequent this place all the time. Now, you're lucky to find someone at the counter, and the food quality has slipped to unacceptable levels. The last two times I got a luncheon takeout, it found it's way into the trash--untouched. I won't go back again.

I have to agree about their delivery. they put the take out containers upside down in the bag, so when i opend my food, it dumped in the bag. When i called them, the refused to bring me more food and told me i would have to come pick up my money later and hung up......HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We live pretty close to the Jade so we order there quite often. It's always great chinese and we're never dissapointed.

The food is the best Chinese food in Nashua or Merrimack, and the lobster sauce is the best by far in all of the Chinese restaurants in the area....
HOWEVER....
The service is a different story. The waitress didn't give us rolls, because she claimed that they were out of them for the evening. Rolls should be included with your meal, regardless of how many people are in your party, how much you order, or whether or not you are a "regular". It should not be a judgment call on the part of the waitress whether or not you get them.

I have dined there several times and always find the food good. We also use Jade Dragon for takeout, sometimes for large orders for parties and the food was hot and great. The last time we were there, we ordered just a few items. They told us they were out of rolls, which wasn't a big deal. Yet, we then saw them bring rolls to another table (a larger party that ordered more food). When we brought that to the watresses attention, she did finally bring us rolls, but it still made us upset. Furthermore when we asked for a manager at the hostess desk after the meal, the managers explanation didn't really comfort us. We probably wouldn't have been as upset if they hadn't outright lied to us.

I had a delivery from there and the guy couldnt find my house and he was a jerk and hung up on me about 5 times! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!
