Great Food! Great Staff!

I purchased a breakfast burrito with bacon and received a breakfast burrito with sausage and bacon. I do not eat sausage and when i called them back to ask what the burrito came with. They said it was my choice of protein so obviously they messed it up and they then stated that they would " take care of it" next time I came in. The next day I called ahead for my order and they seemed to recognize who I was on the phone and once again stated they would "take care of it". I arrived at Woodbine RB and it was to my understanding that the new Breakfast burrito with bacon that i ordered would be promo'd but nevertheless I was disappointed once again and given a free coffee. Something i don't even purchase from then , I have my own coffee thank you. So I called Cindy (co owner) and told her that i felt duped and tricked which then she started to aggressively insist that the burrito HAD bacon. Correct, and it did but it also came with SAUSAGE. I did not order sausage on my burrito and never do and just wanted this mishap fixed. At the end of conversation she told me she would talk to her husband (the other owner). Ladies and Gents, come to find out they have blocked me from calling their business. This Woodbine RB has poor customer service NOT from the staff but from the OWNERS! My order is always over $20 , i dont come in for something small like a coffee. I order multiple times during the week and I am a regular. This is how they treat their regulars. So people if your order is messed up BY GOD DO NOT COMPLAIN TO WOODBINE RB. They will block you from making any new orders and lie to you. I will be posting my review on other platforms as well.
