I've been to several Japanese restaurants in my lifetime, primarily in NYC, but Koji Express Japanese Grill is my #1 favorite on Memorial Blvd in Murfreesboro, TN. Since I'll be relocating to Florida in the near future, I searched online to find a location there. Unfortunately, there were none found and I'm greatly disappointed. I will truly miss this place. I wish that one would open up in Melbourne, FL or nearby in Brevard County, FL.

I'll have to say that this restaurant is very good. But, the menu is so small and there is no duck sauce or fortune cookies. Just yum yum sauce and teriyaki sauce in massive quantities...
But the quality of the food is excellent!! :) :) :)
