They used to make malts and shakes. Now every time I've visited I'm told they aren't making them. No reason given. Who ever heard of an ice cream shop not making shakes or malts. I would not give them any business.

The owner of the Baskin Robbins in Bellevue (as of May, 2014) off Highway 70 has VERY POOR customer service skills. After being a loyal customer for years, she dilutes the coffee mixture, making it weaker and when I asked her to make it stronger, she just opened back up my shake and dumped in some liquid and said "okay, mix it up" . I ended up having to mix it into my drink myself and making a mess in the process (since the drink was WAY TOO FULL then). Aside from that, she argues about stamping my frequency card per each drink I buy...the previous owner was always very sweet and accommodating and counted each shake I bought as a punch on the frequency card, but this new owner disregarded that and said one per visit...I've NEVER seen such callus arrogance towards a loyal long-time customer. After 10 years of coming almost daily, I think I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
