The new spot, now called the Gold Nugget, got its name after a tussle with a casino in Vegas. They've got a fantastic array of domestic brews, even some on tap. Our server, Pat, really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She insisted we try the corn nuggets appetizer, and boy were they a hit! Unfortunately, we missed out on the prime rib, but that's on us for showing up late on a Saturday. No worries though, the New York strip and shrimp were cooked to perfection, just how we wanted. Don't forget to order those hash browns extra crispy - they're a game-changer. And the salad bar? A total winner. Trust me, the drive is totally worth it.

Unless you're a local, don't expect good service. Our waitress named "Pat", was only attentive when the locals sat down with us. The female manager named "Chris" was at the cash register when we left, but didn't even acknowledge us or say 'thank you'. Sad way to grow your business!
