I've tried a few Mi Ranchito spots, and this one is definitely the best in my book. The food is solid, but they could use a few more hands on deck. The staff is fun, and the dishes taste like they come straight from family recipes. The portions are so generous that I usually end up taking half home.

I ate here several times while in Alliance for work. The food is wonderful and the service is very friendly and quick. The Navaho Taco and the Chicken chimichanga are delicious. the Parra family has been serving delicious Mexican food for several generations and are a great asset to any community.
