Dining at Reds 395 Bar and Grill was a memorable experience filled with delicious food and a vibrant atmosphere. For a long time we've been (mostly) lunch time customers because we have to come into Carson City monthly. We've always enjoyed the atmosphere, service and stable quality of food provided by Red's 395. However our experience concerning agenda item no longer offered and unacceptable quality on May 21st was MOST unexpected. One of the long time hamburger selections was no longer listed..... what was ordered was not at all what was expected. The pulled pork sandwich (a long time favorite) left a lot to be desired. The bun was quite dried out & hard. Also, the one small container of sauce accompanying the order is definitely not enough (I understand due to safety concerns self-service bottle can no longer be used). However, the service, as usual, was just fine. I hope (likely our"next to the last") experience was an anomaly. Sorry.
