Went to Kathleen's Cottage for the first time today. Food was Amazing, portion size was HUGE! Service was friendly , accurate and quick. Appetizers were fantastic as well. Got a "cottage cake" for dessert,...all I can say is YUMMM!!!!! My daughter took one bite and took over the whole cake! Definitely a MUST EAT for the Newfound Area!

I just returned from my third and final trip to Kathleen's Cottage. The first 2 times the food and service were great. This time we got the worst waitress I've seen in years, screwed up orders, overcooked meat, and the most tasteless excuse for beef I've ever seen masquerading as Angus. No bread, silverware or napkins (finally got the silverware & napkins when we asked for them after the food was delivered. Got the bread (but no butter) at the end of the meal (again had to ask) and finally got a refill on a soda after asking three times. Ten minutes after our order went in the waitress came back and informed us they had no corned beef. To late to go somewhere else - good short term strategy, not so good long term. What a disappointment.
