New Owner - New Chef!
Chef Sengdeuane Singmavong (Chef Seng) has been preparing fine Thai cuisine at some of the best Thai restaurants in the state of Connecticut for over 20 years. When the previous owners of Cheshire’s Bann Thai Restaurant approached her to become their chef, Seng liked the location so much that she bought them out instead!
