The sandwiches at Fratelli's in Waterbury are amazing, especially the chicken cutlet and chicken parmigiana grinder. The buffalo chicken options are a must-try, whether in salads, sandwiches, wraps, or pizzas. The prices are affordable, making it a great choice for a quick and delicious meal, although the wait time for delivery may be longer than expected.

We ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter bottle of Sprite. They told us it would be 40 min. Once it hit an hour in a half we called they put us on hold and didnt pick back up. I called again from a different number and asked to check on the status. They said it just left and was going to be another 5 min. I asked why it was going to be another 5 minutes when it was already late and she said that it because the driver was doing other deliveries before ours. I told her she needed to understand our order was already late from what was told to us on a timeframe they gave and when I said I wanted assurance the food would still be hot she hung up on me. When the driver pulled up he was rude and was even talking sh-t under his breath that we all could hear him trying to do. Our pizzas were lukewarm they gave us chicken strips and fries that looked like they were from Frankie's (he probably gave us his child size dinner) which matched his attitude and they forgot our Sprite. I would honestly give a 0 star review if it was possible. Some change in your staff needs to be done since your business is based around customer service people should have a much better experience. Also your driver speeding around is dangerous. My 3 year old was playing in the driveway I am happy he was not at the top where he flew into the driveway. And pulled in at a slant at that.
