The restaurant offers a spacious dining area for comfortable seating, with a friendly and attentive staff to assist you. Prices have remained consistent over the past five years, providing customers with value for their meals. The flounder filet platter I ordered was generously portioned, including two pieces of fish, french fries, coleslaw, and a drink, making it a satisfying and affordable choice for a meal.

Horrible ribs - cold & tough / rib eye steak sandwich Consisted of cold chunks of burnt "meat"! Fries were also cold?! And way over priced! $40 included tip?! NEVER GOING BACK! Ordered on Sunday 5/31 - late afternoon 4:30. Sad!

Just went to Big Franks and got horrible service. Watched the grill person eating some food as he prepares everything. Got the order and went to get the relish.
What is up with a new relish I asked? Oh the place was sold and we cannot have the old style relish. They said it's a very quiet sale.
So please tell me why a new owner would not let people know what changes were made, Especially before you order.
The girl at the counter was more interested in sharing with her co worker details of her personal life than paying attention to the order and customers.
I got the order home and I didn't get the entire order. Hamburger was cooked way to much and just a chicken breast was served on a dry bun ??? I guess the cook was to busy eating the scraps of food and forgot to finish the order.
The zucchini fries were soft and mushy.
I went back and complained about the terrible food and how dissatisfied I was.
All I got was an I'm sorry your order was bad. Come back again.
I've patronized this place since it opened.
Needless to say I won't be back.

I have been enjoying Big Franks for many years. I noticed lately the evening crew is losing there mission objective to service the customers and provide a safe and tasty meal. I stand at the counter and see people behind the counter and near the kitchen eating food (finger food is great but I don't like to see the people serving it also eating it) My last visit I ordered food to eat in house only to find when my number was called it was all packed up to go. I love Big Franks and I wish the management would bring back the food service discipline that we all relied on in the past.
