My sister an I regularly stop in for our favorite dish. The fish & chips is the best we have found and we have tried everyplace in western CT. It is cooked to perfection. Crispy batter and flaky fish. And the tarter sauce is excellent. The service is always friendly and the food arrives hot and delicious. I can't believe they are not sold out every night.

Every visit with my son at this family-owned restaurant is consistently enjoyable, with impeccable service and delicious food. The waitress, Qazi, always goes above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience. The quality of the food and the care taken with each dish make it our favorite diner.

I travel throughout the country for work and eat out often and at exclusive establishments
I can attest to the fact that this family restaurant is by far not a diner but a top quality restaurant serving the finest quality foods above the local standard. Family works hard to please customers and staff The environment is clean friendly and professional
Whomever wrote the previous reviews is clearly a former disgruntled undesirable employee or a local competitor who can not compete based on merit alone
To anyone who understands and appreciates quality food and supports a local business please don't be discussed by the negative false reviews

Food is terrible and the owners steal the waitresses tips! If youre going to leave a tip either write the amount on the guest check or give it directly to the waitress/waiter! Horrible people!

I wish I could give negative stars. Terrible experience. Mediocre food. While trying to enjoy breakfast with my family during our first time here, a waitress started yelling and swearing at other staff. This continued for at least 15 minutes. We said something to the manager and overheard the waitress make a remark similar to "I don't care what they think." Upon walking out early because of our uncomfortable experience, the waitress was extremely rude and disrespectful to my family. This "family" restaurant is the farthest from that and I highly recommend anyone against spending time or money here. I am very disappointed and will never return.

These people are sick in the head! Cheap and the so called homemade food is nothing but frozen, canned, or packaged product. Employee turnover is high so it's no wonder the staff is untrained. The owner's daughter is out of control and sucks at serving.
There are other options guys ...
