The Nutcracker Afternoon Tea had a beautiful decor and atmosphere, but the service was slow due to being short-staffed, which affected the overall experience. Despite the delays, the sandwiches were delicious and the tea selection was fitting for the holiday theme, making it worth a visit if you have ample time to spare.
