The mangu with onions was absolutely delicious, with a nice and creamy texture that I enjoyed. While the pernil and beans were a bit bland, the chicharron was a standout dish that I loved. The lack of a menu and the need to guess at the cafeteria-style layout added an element of adventure to the dining experience, and the flavorful food made it all worthwhile.
