I recently dined at a place that had been exclusively takeout for years but has now opened up for sit-down service. It was a quiet Friday night with only one other table occupied, so the service was excellent and our food arrived promptly. The menu offered a nice mix of Japanese and Chinese dishes, and everything we ordered, from the appetizers to the specialty sushi rolls, was delicious.

We order sushi all the time and ordered from Zen based on previous reviews. Big mistake. The sushi was terrible, looked and tasted bad. The "tuna" was a weird color and was not fresh like sushi should be. I would not recommend Zen for sushi if you want good sushi! We had to order from a different restaurant after trying to get our money back and told they couldn't help us.
