Arriving at the bustling joint on a Monday, I felt the familiar excitement for my cheese-steak fix. The cool, clean interior belied the roadside appearance, promising a satisfying meal. Ordering my cheese-steak with provolone and fried onions on an Amoroso roll, I settled in for a double-header of flavorful indulgence, grateful for the bustling atmosphere and delicious food.
