Filthy. Tables are not wiped properly, even after I asked to have it wiped again. Old food stuck on them. Every chair had months of dust between the back rails. Watched the lady who cleaned them, not one do dad that gets left on the table was lifted up and cleaned under or wiped off. Not CDC protocol. Front windows are filthy. Manager should never discipline an employee in the dining area around guest.

Went one night on the weekend and service was horrible. Managers seemed very stand-offish to all of the guests. My husband and I did not feel welcomed at all. I gave this restaurant a second shot because we were in the area and I love eating at Cracker Barrels. The second time was even worse. This server was even worse than the other server. Our dinner was dry and burnt. We asked to speak to the general manager and during the whole conversation he acted annoyed. Maybe you shouldn't be a manager if you can't take guest complaints.
