I went 2 bennigans by accident.... I went into the bar to get a drink and have a meal. To my surprise I stayed for a few hours!!! The bartenders are amazing!!!! Their upbeat personalities and welcoming attitudes were the best I have ever experienced. They made a point to know my name and showed me everything from a drink menu to a food menu. The choices I made were easy with their suggestions! By the time I left I was satisfied with everything. The service I received was uplifting! I recommed visiting this establishment!!!! Go bartenders! You guys were the greatest!!

Best Hamburgers my husband and I ever ate. Cooked perfectly and the service was wonderful. We had the bourbon burgers.Liked the atmosphere very much-we'll be back for sure.

Worst Service EVER! 20 min to get drinks. 30 min. to get ice cold chips and salsa that we were told were being "heated" 40 min. to get our food. As my boyfriend was eating his burger, a 12 in. strand of hair was cooked inside his burger and ended up in his mouth. GROSS! Asked for the manager, he came to the table and said, "What's up?" Looked at the hair, asked, "So what do you want to do?" We said we wanted to leave, he took our food and walked away. Never apologized. Never going back. EVER!

Poor service over the phone, Just wanted to order
some food from the menu posted, they don't honor
some menu items or prices that are posted on the online
menu, and Mgr very rude over the phone, wow" lost a customer"

Called in an order for 4 hamburgers to be picked up. After biting into mine I noticed it was very pink inside. The other hamburgers were the same even though we ordered them well done. Called back to Bennigan's to inform them of the situation and they stated that they cook to inside temp not color. Told them we ordered them well done and the manager (chris) told me to bring them back and they would give us another burger cooked to our specifications. When I bite into the second burger I had to spit it out, it was red inside. The other burgers were the same. Along with the raw burgers came a message from the manager, "If they're not cooked the way you want them you can put them on the grill yourself." At $8.00 a burger one would think they could have it cooked to their taste, not Bennigan's. WON"T spend another dollar here!
