They really need to invest in some extra silverware and coffee cups. To serve people a meal without any silverware and say I have to go find some while your food is getting cold is ludicrous. Then comes back with forks and says you really don't need a knife do you? How do you cut pancakes with only a fork? It was happening all around us, no one had silverware.Then telling a customer we dont have any coffee cups you have to wait. This is not a way to run a business.
