We have been happily dining at Joe's for many years. We have never been disappointed. Best Chinese food around here! Happy!!

Food was good BUT it was disturbing to see a big, beautiful fish in a such a small aquariaum in the dining area. He had no room to swim and just stayed in one corner, then the other. This fish deserveds better treatment. Definitely spoiled my experience.
