I used to drive 30 minutes out of my way for the cheese steaks. I can understand the price increase, but not when the volume of meat decreases. The last two experiences will BE my last two experiences. The rolls are still good.

We've been going to Sugar Hill Subs for many years. Recently we had out of town guests who wanted subs. We raved all day about how fat Sugar Hill subs were..."the fattest subs in South Jersey" is what we told our guests. So later in the day we ordered subs. We were shocked and embarrassed at how much they had cut down on their subs. Our guests' cheesesteaks were not even filled to the end of the roll yet alone "fat". Even though the price for a half of a cheesesteak was around $10 or $11, you didn't mind paying a little more because you got a great sub but now it's nothing special. Just average. I hope they go back to the way things were or we will be looking elsewhere for a better deal. This trip was nothing special ðŸ™

Been coming to this sub shop for over 25 years. They HAD the best subs in Atlantic country. But the last few times it seems that the pandemic is taken it's toll on this place. Ever sub we have gotten lately have been way smaller then usual. So instead of driving a extra 10 Min for a good sub. I'm going to stay Locall sorry but your quality has gone WAY down

Today I stopped at Sugar Hill and bought a turkey sub. While on a good day their subs are pretty good, and today was no exception, I was totally surprised when they charged me an extra dollar for cheese on the sub. I told them I had never heard of being charged extra for cheese on a sub. They've seen the last of me.
