While driving through Raritan township, I discovered Lutong Bahay, a cozy spot offering authentic Filipino dishes like longsilog and tocino-silog. Despite the slight dryness of the tocino-silog, the flavorful longsilog with over-medium eggs and fried rice provided a satisfying dining experience in a welcoming atmosphere surrounded by fellow Tagalog-speaking locals.
