Having explored East Asia, I've found that many Chinese and Japanese restaurants in the U.S. adapt their cuisines to local tastes, but Fu's stands out for its consistent quality over the years. The fresh vegetables, flavorful sauces, and perfectly cooked dishes like the salt and pepper squid and General Tso Chicken keep me coming back. Even though the atmosphere might not scream luxury, the delicious food and attentive service make every visit worthwhile.
