Smittys clam bar is the best spot for a quick breakfast or seafood platter in sommers point .If your looking for white linen tablecloths ,a/c, and wait staff in black and white uniforms ,your in the wrong place.Been coming to ocean city for years ,staying in sommers point and the first place we go is to the Clam Bar.It sure beats standing up on the boardwalk eating a piece of run of the mill pizza for supper.

It doesn't get any better then the Clam Bar. 42 years this year-- same great owners Patrice & Pete-- Quality- value GREAT STAFF every year . We have been coming for 32 years and when friends & family visit --it's always "lets go to the CLAM BAR"
BYOB - ------in season always a wait--BUT WORTH IT!! Expect minimum 1/2 to 1 hour While your waiting grab some clam strips or chowder --enjoy a glass of wine/beer. Relax and meet great new friends!

We love this place for the best soups. It tends to get too crowded so we frequently do take out.
