We had Casa Blanca cater our daughter's wedding at a nearby camp, and the food was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, making our special day even more memorable.

I can't even give a single star. The owner was rude. Some of the staff was rude and I was treated unprofessionally. What a waste of a nice place in our area. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Horrible Place. They booked my wedding then called me two months later saying they double booked. They broke the contract becuase I signed first and had a small wedding they bumped me for someone else with a larger party. AFTER I already sent my save the dates and had all my labels printed etc. They only refunded my deposit and now I have family coming from another country already for that date and no venue that I can find. They ruined my wedding. Disgusting people.

Just came back from a bridal shower. First of all, casa bianca looks wonderful. The room was very nice. However, the staff was rude, inattentive and looked totally bored. They had to be asked to remove dishes and never refilled the water pitcher. When the shower was almost over, the mother of the bride was told she had to hurry up and clear things out. They practically shoved us out the door. While the food was very good, I would never consider this place for a shower or wedding.

What i could not beleve it john was not there when i went to my family party john was what made the place glow now you have servers that just dont care they walk around pretendin to care.what i notice with the new staff is that the big spenders were the ones that got all the focus i tiped the waiter tim 5 dollors and another person tiped 15 and he got all the focus i mean really what is that at least john woul take care of u not matter if you tiped or not im sorry but the staff there are not good nemore and the food i dont know whats goin on in that kitchen but it just was not good food tasted like reservei hope they make changes soon and try to get john back there in need of lots of help if you ask me save money go some place els get ur moneys worth

Fabulous dinner at the New Casa Bianca in Oak Ridge - Tripe Napolitano absolutely delicious(as good my Aunt used to make)! My dining partners were not disappointed either. And the "Crambula" was to die for!! Great service - Our waiter, Bosh was attentive, friendly and efficient and our host, John was gracious, humorous and made us feel at home. Bonus: The Cowboys - Colts game was on in the bar and we were able to keep tabs all through dinner and still enjoy each others company!!!

We had a wedding for a wonderful young couple there on Sunday 8-22-10, everything was fabulous - food, service, decor - thank you so much. I'll highly recommend you to anyone I know who needs a way above average (actually, excellent) place for their wedding/reception or both! Thank you to the staff for the great service, for going a step beyond and bringing in the sound system for music (Thanks John) and for your overall graciousness to make this a special day for Shelley and Kris.

At first the atmosphere is not all that cozy. You do get intimidated by the large banquet hall feel to it when you first walk in. But as soon as you get greeted by the staff there (For us that was John ) you get a family like welcome and then you cant wait to see if the food is as good as the greet. Our Waiter that night was John the very same person to greet us in. He was an amazing waiter always kind and gave casa Bianca the cozy feeling that you don’t get when you first walk in. The way he told the specials made our mouths water. We did not look at the menu we went for the specials and we got a stuffed shrimp, Portobello arugula salad as our appetizers amazing. The main was a fabulous Mix grill and Lobster royal it was nothing like we had ever had before. And when you have good food and amazing service like us you get a good restaurant and priced fair
