Good selection of good food, well prepared and not overly salted, as is so common currently in even very expensive restaurants.
Presentation was thoughtful and service was Excellent!
We all liked the log-cabin ambience.
Our waitress was just as attentive to the 5 year old as to the 76 year old.
We'll be back.

This place needs new waitress that treat patrons the right way not mouthing off to them for them delivering cold food 1 hour later like the food was seating in the back for hours. I would give them a zero for the way I was embarrassed and talk to from the nasty skinny twig waitress /bar b-tch

These reviews are absurd. This is a wonderful
restaurant run by a great family. The staff is excellent and food delicious. You can't get in on the weekends without a long wait so clearly these reviews are inaccurate. It's a 5 star restaurant.

Just went last night and ordered fillet topped with crabmeat and they served crab that was so bad the person across from me could smell the ammonia!!! And then had the nerve to charge me for it! No apologies nothing buyer beware seafood that bad can. Make you very sick

Very overpriced. Had the fried flounder sandwich and it was horrible. Took 3 bites and tasted so fishy almost threw it up. Had the Maryland crab dip and didn't taste any crab, only tasted like a cream cheese. Flies kept landing on our food. We will never go back.

A beautiful restaurant & the portions are large , prices are reasonable. Yes you will need to take some home too. The staff were happy & very polite. A must to have a great night out. Looking forward to coming here alot more. So come on over , & enjoy . I rate it # 1 in N.J.ðŸ´ðŸœðŸ·ðŸº

Used to be a great place. The food quality and service have been heading in a downward spiral for some time now, while the prices continue to increase. There are so many better places available locally. Try Tara's Tavern or John & Molly's in Eastampton.

Food was dry and cold. Server was inattentive, a little sarcastic. All employees appeared overwhelmed. I've been there dozens of times, but the last 3x have been very disappointing experiences. You know a good restaurant when they can handle weekend dinner crowd. Plumstead Grill......I don't anymore.

Walked in hoping to be seated and waited while hostess and waitress were discussing their hours. They didn't acknowledge us at all. It would have been nice to at least get a "be right with you" or something! So, we walked out.

On the last day of my mother's funeral, our family, relatives and friends (20 people) went to the Plumsted Grill. It has a Vermont lodge atmosphere and we had a private room with a fireplace. The service was amazing with a friendly staff and the the food from the salad to the entrí©e were quite delicious. Also, the deserts were over the top and not to be missed. The portions were large enough so that we all had something to take home. I would highly recommend the Plumsted Grill. They helped make a stressful day pleasant.

Horrible food, price and service. I ordered a Ceasar Salad and it tasted like soap. The waitress was not around and after about 10 minutes, we asked another waitress for help. My stomach was (and still is) turning so I asked for just a small side salad. Well, the small side salad was a huge bowl of plain lettuce with a 1/2 of tomatoes, a few olivies and four slices of cucumber. This salad (if you can call it a salad) was $8. We think that this bar/restaurant is very overpriced and the food is terrible.

the place has gone down hill since the new owner Nick took over..He's a cheapskate ...foreigner with a lousy attitude...in one month he managed to alienate the whole new egypt area .the food has gone down hill too.the seafood tastes old...the steaks are smaller..lousy portions, i saw a roach in the hallway to the bathroom

I've been going to the Plumstead Grill for several years now. My family used to enjoy the whole experience of dining at such a friendly cheerful atmosphere..Since the place changed hands recently ,it has gone down hill. The portions are smaller, the quality of food has degraded, and most of all ....The staff seems stressed, overworked ,and angry, The locals are not going to put up with this new owner
