I found a charming family-owned pizzeria with friendly staff, delicious 16" pizzas, and a cozy atmosphere.

I just attempted to use their online ordering app. wasn't working so I called the store only to be met by a rude and obnoxious lady who identified herself as the owner. My household orders from this establishment at least 2 times weekly. Not anymore. Extremely Rude woman that needs etiquette and costumer service training. Sweetheart you lost a good customer. Bye Bye!

IM WALKING UP WITH MY FAMILY.THIS GIRL WHO IS SMOKING A CIGG. IS OUT SIDE.WE PASS HER & GO INSIDE. NO ONE GREETS US OR SEATS US. WE SAT OUR SELFS THEN THE GIRL WHO WAS OUTSIDE SMOKING COMES & ASKS US OUR DRINKS . NO MENUS I SAID SHE GROANS AND WALKS AWAY. SHE GOES TO THE COUNTER GIRL & LOOKS AT US AND THEY BOTH LAUGH OUT LOUD. I GET OUR MENUS AND ORDER SHE MESSES UPS OUR FOOD THEN SHE TELLS THIS GUY WHO I GUESS IS THE OWNER. HE SAYS WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME I MADE U A PIZZA AND IT IS FRESH. I TELL THE GUY I WANT THE CORRECT FOOD. HE WALKS AWAY!! I DONT EVEN THINK HE KNOWS ENGLISH. NEXT THE GIRL GIVES US OUR CHECK. NO NEW PIZZA NOTHING THE PRICES WERE SO HIGH. MORE THAN THE MENU. SHE SAYS THEY ARE OUR NEW PRICES.HELLO THEY DONT MATCH THE PRICES ON THE MENU. SHE SHRUGS AND WALKS AWAY. I GOT UP AND LEFT. OH AND I LEFT THE FOOD UNEATTEN AND THE CHECK UNPAID. NEVER AGAIN!!!
