I want to express my deepest gratitude to the owner of this establishment for their incredible generosity towards the town of Franklin. The experience at The Imperia for my daughter's Sweet 16 was nothing short of magical, thanks to the dedicated assistance of Dominirose and the entire attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The venue's elegant ambiance, spacious rooms, and beautiful photo spots made it the ideal setting for a truly memorable celebration.

While the food was not awful, the service was. We hosted my daughter's engagement party. The place told us 3 hours was enough for cocktails and dinner. Well it wasn't. Their mistake and they started to rush everything. They even went so far as to take plates away from people still trying to eat. Someone asked for a second cup of coffee and the were told no. The manager then went over to a table and told them they had to leave. Thank God everyone was enjoying being together so they didn't notice.

Do not use this vendor. Find someplace that knows how to treat their customers.

I went to a wedding at the imperia recently and it was AWFUL!!! The service & food was terrible. They were under staffed, the food took forever to be served and was cold and tasteless. Servers spilled things on the guests , more than once. We saw food being sent back. The coffee was also served cold and tasted terrible! The venetian room (dessert portion of the night) was nothing spectacular. Not to mention the carpeting was disgusting and was in desperate need of a shampooing or replaced. I knew a few people in the bridal party and they said no one even checked in with them to bring them to the bridal suite or serve them there. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I would not recommend anyone have any event there.
