My son and I satisfied our Chinese food cravings by trying out this new restaurant. We shared a delicious meal of chicken lo mein and beef with broccoli, both of which were flavorful and satisfying. The generous portions and reasonable prices make it a great choice for our next takeout meal.

I used to order all my Chinese food from the Madison Wok. Since the location is in my town it was convenient and I always try to support town businesses. The food in itself is okay, but the customer service is awful. The individuals that answer the phone are often rude and rushed. I placed one order, only to have it delivered with two missing items. When I called to tell them, I was curtly informed they were busy and call back later. I never called back for the items. The next and last time I placed an order for delivery I was yelled at. When I placed the order, apparently the lady didn’t hear me say Pork Fried Rice with no bean sprouts. I repeated myself and got yelled at. I had enough and asked why she was yelling at me. Of course, she continued to yell at me. I told her I would be calling elsewhere when ordering Chinese Food and hung up.
