My wife ordered a cake she didn't like and asked if she can replace it & the waitress said yes of course BUT we got charged for it!
I asked for an extra shot of espresso for my $5.49 coffee and for some reason they charge an unjustified $4 for a shot of espresso!!! Even Starbucks don't dare to do it.
We ordered kids meal for our kids with franch fries which it comes with it but one of them Mac & cheese which cost the same don't come with side order, why?? But again the waitress didn't bother to mention it and charged us a $5 for side order to a $8 kids meal.
Now I spoke with the owner and explained everything to him and he looked at me and without a care in the world said yes this what it is and refuse to change any of it and walked away.
Now its been many years since I encountered such a rude & disgusting behavior from any restaurant and I've been in 30 states amd another 20 different countries around the world and this owner rudeness can top them all.
So I paid and even tip the waitress but I would die before I step foot in that place again!

There were 4 of us in the party. My wife ordered the "Happy waitress" basically an open faced grilled cheese with bacon and tomato. It came with dry rye bread, one slice of melted american cheese, bacon and tomato. It was saddest, driest sandwich we had ever seen. My daughter ordered a grilled veggie wrap and some of the veggies seem to have gone bad but they attempted to hide this within the wrap. I had the meat loaf, it wasn't bad until a fruit fly few into it and died in the gravy. To be fair, the chicken parm dinner appeared to be ok. Two of the meals came with dessert so I ordered a slice of lemon coconut cake that was part of the dessert tray. It was so stale that it was inedible. Our waitress was very nice and we exchanged it for a chocolate chip cookie. We were shocked that at 6:00 PM on a Sunday evening half the diner was empty and now I know why. I hope the owners read this and someday they can correct all these issues. We had been regular customers for over 15 years. ... Not anymore
