I always look forward to dining at Konbu, our favorite local sushi spot that never disappoints. The nutty tuna dish is absolutely divine, with fresh fish and generously-sized rolls that leave me satisfied every time. The friendly staff and great service make each visit enjoyable, and the unique menu offerings like the tempura'd tuna in a martini glass keep me coming back for more.

We went last Friday evening with no reservation (because I couldn't get through on the phone) and the place was hopping with take out orders. Our server was so apologetic about our wait and offered us complimentary soup and salads to make up for our wait. The food was amazing and I cannot wait to go back. I had the Seafood tempura combo and it was really two meals because they gave so much. I particularly loved the scallops and the veggies. They were melt in your mouth good and we enjoyed watching the chefs make the sushi.
