Roach on sandwich...
Okay, we got lunch at Lisa Pizza in Laurence Harbor which we never do but we were in a rush today. The food has never been good but what can you do when you're pressed for time? Well, we've got pictures of the roach poking out of the sub we ordered. We wrapped it back up and went over there. The owner shrugged his shoulders asking us what we wanted HIM TO DO. Give us our money back maybe?!? We were really cool about it, all things considered. After he gives us our money back, he turns around and says "it came from your house, not here" while we're on our way out the door. That was it! I told his customers what happened! We've contacted the board of health. We went to the local gas station across the street on our way out (because we knew they had to grab a quick lunch from this disgusting place) to let them know what's going on. We showed them the pictures and one guy almost...lost his lunch on the spot.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. If a roach was in a sandwich coming out of there that slipped right by these guys, who knows what might slip right by them next. This thing was big and obvious hanging right out of the side of the sub. I almost felt sorry for the bug - what a way to go...covered in oil and vinegar.
The owner showed NO CONCERN at all for what happened. He showed no plans to look into it. No apologies, no concern... NO we won`t be back

serves large and filling dishes. everything is made fresh daily and its a comfortably environment. the employees smiles are genuine and inviting
