I came here for food, but the kitchen was closed, so I hit up the bar instead and had a blast. The bartender was super friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and I can't wait to come back for more of those delicious burgers and wings!

I stopped by Joe's Place for a quick drink and found a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and patrons. Despite the kitchen being closed, the bartender made me feel right at home, and I ended up having a great time. If you're looking for a cozy spot in Union, swing by for a nightcap and enjoy the laid-back vibe.

Food is good but service is not. That tall, thin, waitress thinks she is doing you a favor by waiting on you. It is as if we were a bother to her. No personality. Should find another job !! Should not be a waitress. We will NOT be back to Joe's again. To many other good places with human waitresses !!!
07/16/2014 - The food is very good but the service is lousey !!! The waitress ( Linda) is miserable and has a terrible attitude. She is doing you a favor by waiting on you. She is nasty and rude and I will no longer eat there as a result !!!
Food is excellent. Service is horrible !!! The waitress Linda is nasty !! She is a looser and hates her job !! She should NOT deal with the piublic !! It is because of her and her alone that I will NEVER eat at Joe's again !! She needs to get a life !! Its a shame because the cooks, Jane, and Keyy are so sweet. But Linda is a HORROW ! Get rid of her and I will be back !!!

Food is excellent. Service is horrible, unless you are a regular. Will try again but will sit at the bar not at the tables in the bar area. Took 15 minutes to get a second beer!
