I have been a loyal customer from even before this owner and being brand loyal, I stayed with this owner. Sandwiches are good and fresh. No issue there. Unfortunately, this owner is a nasty and distrustful man. After thousands and yes I MEAN thousands of dollars of business that I have directly and indirectly given him I have to say I am shocked at his behavior.
My spouse got the usual half tuna for work. Opened the sandwich, it was not the one ordered. There was cheese, whatever. It was not edible for her. She called and spoke to a woman who promised to give her the sub she wanted next time she came in. No charge of course. Ok, fair enough. She went in 2 days later, WITH!!! our 8 yo granddaughter who got to experience her Meema being accused of being a con artist! He actually told her to prove that the sandwich was wrong by giving it back to him! First of all, she does not work in Union county and didn't think to save it never mind bring it to him. If the woman on the phone had specified that, she would have. My question is, what would he have done with it? During a pandemic he wanted to have the sandwich returned to him after it had been opened and handled. Her response was a very shocked :Really? After all the business we give you, you are doubting me?" His response was "how do I know you didn't give it to someone else to eat?". First off, she didn't. Secondly, wth? Over a half of tuna sub purchased by a customer who feeds a family of 4 adults and a child from him, he is going to embarrass her in front of our grandbaby?
Oddly enough, 8 years ago, that same baby came right after eating one of those subs. My dil went into labor that day and had her. We thought it funny enough to share with him all those 8 years ago and this is the treatment she got to experience at his hands. Shame on you! You may be angry you lost your prime location but those of us who support you followed you, dealt with your surly manner, and now lack of parking, just to be good customers to a business who sold good sandwiches. Shame on you! You owe us a huge apology and I will continue to share this until you do!!!!

Owner is nasty with customs. Has no idea what custom service is subs are getting smaller
Stills owes me for a sub he made wrong and gave me a hard time about
Treats vets like crap he should take down that signs he has up I would never go there again
