Four of us had lunch in your restaurant today. I had the smoked salmon.

I was raised in northen Europe and know what smoked salmon should taste and look like. This salmon looked like it was cut with a dull knife, it was dried out on the corners, and was so oversalted that I could not eat it. I pretended to eat and also took the rest home with me because I did not want to embarras the person who was paying for our meal.
My advise: find a supplier that can promise you "cold smoked salmon" and make sure it is not oversalted. It will cost more but you will find your customer will appreciate it.

While I am at it: It would be nice to have a bathroom with decent lighting where one can see how clean it is

after making a online reservation on their website for 6 people at 7:30, we were told when we arrived that online reservations over constantly overlooked! we showed them our confirmation and the response was "next time call" after speaking with hostesses and a manager we ended up waiting at the bar until 9:15 before being seated. at this point the music is starting and the lights go way down. we order dinner and had to use our phone flashlights to eat by. our server was very good, not her fault everything else stunk! the manager failed to check back with us after all we had been through. never offered to buy us a drink or dessert over the huge inconvenience caused by their complete negligence and lack of management. when planning a night out with friends, SKIP THIS PLACE.
