Was here last year, now new owner few months ago and food quality gone downhill , even with higher prices, very bad business practices, so mediocre food , even my dog refuses to eat my take out portion.
Last time I spent here, until these people out of business. Big waste of time and money.

Tips in this place go all to owner, very bad business practice. And soup of Pho or Bun Bo Hue or anything else come from the same pot, Spring rolls are not what they should be and egg rolls are worst ever.Ingredients are not enough to justify the higher price after the change of ownership, Atmosphere is very sad and unhappy, fits for a fast food take out place not for dining out. Bad eating experience overall.

Worst pho ever, bland taste, spring rolls are full of noodles, cha gio so overcooked, beef cubes so done that not chewable, all for raising prices from the new owner, greed is not good for restaurant business. I lost my appetite after this place.

Never had the best Vietnamese cuisine until me and my husband tried Binh Duong at the referral of our friend couple. we did not know what to order coz I would have preferred the menu with pictures. We ordered the crispy whole flounder and some soup. we love the flounder and they give generous bowl of soup!! our first experience was memorable. I went back yesterday 6/1/2020 and ordered the flounder again as take out to surprise my husband at home. we ate it with GUSTO... um um yummy. it was like heaven. I will recommend the Binh Doung restaurant to everybody. you will not be sorry. I give this restaurant and the service and staff FIVE STARS.
