Skirt steak sliders... simple and fresh, the steak was perfectly done and sliced in thick strips on a beautiful toll... with a ripe tomato slice... mmmm..

So delicious... eat there EVERY day nearly. Never a stale or less-than-fanatically-fresh ingredient. Don't even bother with their menu anymore, even though it's wonderful in variety, their specials never cease to please. Take out and eat-in, it's a very nice spot, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Anything from on-the-go sandwiches to .. well today I passed up the fresh AHI sandwich for the broccoli rabe with fresh mozz on semolina with balsamic vinegar...
