RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
I celebrated my daughter's christening there and it was a nightmare, here are a few of my complaints....
-After placing a deposit and having a contract, they called me a week beforehand telling me that they thought that I was not going to do the event there so they booked the hall we had settled on and they gave me a different room. I made an appointment to meet the manager that same day to pay her for the expenses and when I get there, she was not available and had to wait over and hour for her to finish her errands.
-The different/alternate hall that was given to us for the party did not have access to any bathrooms, so my guests had to go out the servant door towards the outside to then enter by the main door to go to the restrooms (good thing it wasn't raining that day).
-I was told that my guests could park at the halls lot, but due to the other event it was packed and they made everyone park two blocks away in a supermarket's parking lot and walk over, no VALET SERVICE.
-They forgot the children's meals/menu and gave them out an hour after the adults had eaten. (I had asked for the family-style menu)
-Because I pre-paid, I was not refunded any money.
-The food was mediocre as was the service. I had to practically beg them for the coffee at the end of the party - since all the servants were too busy setting up for the next event in the room that was supposed to be mine.
I strongly urge anyone that is considering using this hall to find an alternate place. I had a terrible experience.

This place deserves 0 stars. Since Stephanie, Previous Manager from the Branch Brook Manor has left (probably some time in November 2009)The new management are not honoring agreements made with Stephanie. Many people have found out the hard way, after their event. and some have found out prior to their events. This facility already has an "F" rating in the Better Business Bureau. If this has happened to any one I urge you to seek legal action. There are too many people out there that have been deceived.

The price to have a party in this place is amazing, I'm so happy I'm able to have my wedding there I can cry. We went for food tasting and the food was so good, especaily the salmon and she doesn't even give you sample of the food. It's a blown out meal it's crazy. I'm most definetly having more patries here for this price. I can't believe how beautiful she has this place decorated it's gorgous absolutely gorgous. The owner is so kind hearted and very giving such a sweethart man.

My son and daughter-in-law held their wedding and reception at the Branchbrook Manor yesterday. Overall I was very impressed with the entire wedding. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to cater to them. The room was beautifully decorated, and there was an abundance of good food. Apparently they offer a lot for a reasonable price in comparison to other catering establishments. Throughout the planning process, they couldnt have been more accomodating. I would recommend the BranchBrook for any special occasion .

Well, I'm back. I had my Anniversary at Branch Brook and it was amazing. Where do I begin, I renewed my vows there and Stephanie setup the ceremony area for me in a seperate room. She did amazing things, My Guest and I were impressed. My ceremony was beautiful, my husband actually cried, ok so did I. After the ceremony we retreated to the reception area which was even better than the ceremony roommy decorations which my BFF Doris made looked spectacular. I partied til next day. My event was supposed to be until 1 am and it finished at 2:30 a. We all danced all night. We even break danced it was amazing. I highly recommend this Venue. You won't be disappointed. Oh, I almost forgot the food is great. They cook to you're needs.

I've been to lots of events at this place and they are amazing, Stefanie the caterer/owner she is spectacular when it comes to decorating. I will be having my 10 year wedding anniversary there on Sept 12th I'll be back with more to say.
