Denise sounds like someone looking for a free meal....you should probably just save the rest of the world the hassle and cook your own meals... Tai hing is a great place to get great food... I go nowhere else... And I'm glad I won't ever run into Denise there.

I have ordered and referred people for the 10 years i have lived in this area. I will never eat here or refer this place again. I placed my order at 5pm on Friday night. I was told it would be a 40-45 minute wait. After an hour the food was still not delivered. After my 2nd call I was told it was on the way and they would give me a discount. At one hour and twenty minutes later my order was finally delivered while i was once again on the phone with them. I told them i was not paying for the order. I did not sign the receipt and told them I was not paying. The food was greasy, almost cold and I did not even end up eating it. They charged me the full cost of the meal. When i called they said they would give me a discount off my next order. There wont be a next order. I spent 10 minutes on the phone where they tried to negotiate several offers. They wanted me to bring back the food that we didn't eat and they would refund that food. Crazy! I want a full refund, period. They said they would do that. Then 5 minutes later they called and said the owners son would call me later to discuss. He speaks English. Wish me luck!

First, If they get your order right your ahead of the game. Food is ok, but never consistant and ALWAYS CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE STORE to make sure you get what you order!!!
