I thoroughly enjoyed the dinner at The Risotto House. The food was excellent, service was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy.

I went to this restaurant for the first time to celebrate a friends birthday and ordered fish in a francese sauce; when it came I took two bites from the fish and it literally made me nauseas plus it was bland and flavorless. The waiter came to ask how our food was and I told him politely that I was pregnant and I don't know if it's my taste buds, but that I did not like the dish and wanted it replaced. He claimed that since I already ate from the dish that he couldn't bring me another plate nor remove it from the bill. I've never EVER had that happen at a restaurant...I would understand if I had eaten most of the plate, but I literally tasted the fish twice before I tried to return it. I can't emphasize how important it is to do right by your customer and provide good service, because neither me or my 3 other friends will ever go back to this place, and I will make sure to let everyone I know not to go there either. Needless to say I returned the dish and took my pregnant self home to cook something after paying for something I didn't like nor ate. Horrible!!!
