It was much better when it was still Lenny's. As Kathy said, the sauce was tastier, and that made the pizzas and the Leonardos better. I feel like they don't put the love into the Leonardos anymore, either, and those are what makes the place, especially since they brought the pizzas down so far by changing the sauce. There are simply too many better regular pizza places within a stone's throw. Also, the rename is just silly---why rename when you have an established local business? At least now they are minimizing the "by Pudgy" nonsense. I will say that we enjoy the thin crust Grandma's pizza, whose style is unique to them and suffers far less from the blah red sauce because it is so thin and has so much pesto drizzle to add flavor. Just make sure they don't give it to you too well done, because then the flavor is lost. Still, the loss of the truly delicious Leonardos is really a food tragedy, even though for now I still order them, hoping one day they will taste the same as they used to. That gets to me even more than seeing the ridiculous new name blaspheming the spot where the cool old Lenny's/Leonardos sign used to be.

I have been eating at lennys for many years. I always thought it was ok. Now under the new management I LOVE IT. Everything was delicious. Cant wait to order another pie.

Lenny;s is under new management. I have been going there for over 30 years but not anymore. The sauce and other ingredients have been changed and the pizza is now bland and just not good. Such a shame after all these years of high quality food to see it go downhill.
