Restaurant Diomede, formerly known as Ray's, is tucked away in a modest location beside a seafood store within a retail strip. Owned by Paul, the chef and restaurateur, the establishment exudes a peaceful ambiance, with sturdy tables and comfortable seating. The food is exceptional, with ample portions beautifully presented and served hot, such as the light yet robust stuffed shrimp and memorable lamb chops accompanied by creative and excellent vegetables. The staff, including our waiter Andre and the welcoming hostess, contribute to a pleasant dining experience, making it worth the drive to savor the fresh and well-prepared seafood at Restaurant Diomede.
