The food was delicious to go along with the great staff.
Staff member Sam was polite and warm. Everything was excellent.

Someone made a gift recently of two meals for my husband and I. We both were extremely disappointed with our meal. The turkey wings were so dry. The two tiny little pieces of fish were hard and dry as if it had been cooked the day before. Potato salad was not like soul-food potato salad at all. The only thing we did enjoy was the cornbread and the mac & cheese. And normally dinners come with two sides plus bread. These dinners with a $3 extra charge for one side and another $4 for a second side is ridiculous. There are so many other soul food restaurants in the area that are better and not nearly as costly. This was definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Save yourself the trip and the money.

Order when I arrived at restaurant. Fried chicken, mac and cheese and candied yams. No yams, mac and cheese was so, so, fried chicken without drumstick, greens OK. The quality is not what it was when the restaurant first opened and I was disappointed.

Food DISGUSTING!!!!!!! Whiting fish isn't fresh at all string beans no seasoning what so ever everything is just nasty ribs barely have any meat on them the fish was soooo fishy yuck! 🤮 $61 wasted oh & No cornbread with my food & that was the main thing to look forward to. Mac & cheese tastes just like box Mac & cheese I'm so disgusted & pissed.
