The breakfast was edible, but the "ham" was two dried out pieces of some sort of meat(?) product. I don't mind paying $20 for ham and eggs at the airport, but how about some HAM? Of course, a tip is solicited at ordering time - TIP, IF AT ALL, AFTER THE FOOD IS SERVED!

Ordered food here before a flight. I ordered about 45 minutes before boarding time. The tablet gives no indication of a wait time. I prepaid for my food and tip BIG MISTAKE. 10 minutes before boarding I have only received my drink. I go to the restaurant to cancel my order, and am told they will get a manager and then the person helping me disappeared until my flight was starting to board. By this point (AFTER I ASKED TO CANCEL MY ORDER) my food is ready, but I don't want to be the jerk with the hot seafood stinking up the plane, and I still haven't seen a manager to rectify the situation. Finally as I'm giving up the manager indicates that he will refund my order from the tablet. Great I think to myself at least I'm not out $55 for a meal I never received. WRONG. After waiting for the pending transaction to disappear on my account it posts for the full amount. I have tried disputing with my bank and these thieves are insisting I received the goods and are trying to use my PREPAID receipt as proof they completed the transaction. What a scam! I would have happily paid for drink I received, but now I have to resort to blasting them on the internet for being crooks.
