Mazur's pie won me over with its scientific approach to pie-making, complete with a clever barrier of whipped cream to maintain the perfect crust. The Easter cake I purchased was beautifully decorated and a hit with my office; it's clear Mazur's consistently delivers top-quality baked goods.
