Tonight my friend and I ordered two Kansas City steaks medium rare. both came out medium to medium well. The manager came over and said he would cook new steaks but
it was taking too long. We
asked both steaks to go. Two my surprise, we were charged full price for two steaks in to go boxes.. I was shocked that nothing, not even our drinks, were comped on our bill. Very disappointed in the actions of this manager.. In the end, I paid my share ($160) for a filet mignon burger, half of an overcooked steak, and two drinks. Unfortunately this establishment is right next to my friends building. We are officially done with this place.
