Title: Disappointing Experience at Samudhra: Rude Service and Mediocre Food
Review:
I recently visited Samudhra, an Indian restaurant located in South Brunswick, NJ, with a group of six family members. Unfortunately, our experience at this establishment left much to be desired. From the moment we arrived, we encountered numerous issues that significantly impacted our overall impression.
First and foremost, I must mention the unfair treatment one of our group members received at the entrance. It was disheartening to witness the staff denying entry to our friend simply because he was wearing jeans with sandals. While I understand that restaurants may have dress codes, the manner in which this was handled was far from professional. After a lengthy two-hour argument, we finally decided to proceed with our dinner without our excluded friend, which put a damper on our evening right from the start.
The service throughout the evening was disappointingly rude and inattentive. The waitstaff appeared indifferent to our needs and showed minimal interest in ensuring our satisfaction. Their lack of hospitality was evident and greatly affected our dining experience. We were left feeling unwelcome and unimportant as customers.
Now, let's talk about the food. The quality of the dishes we ordered did not live up to our expectations. The soup we tried was downright horrible, lacking flavor and depth. It seemed as though no effort was put into its preparation. The biryani, which is typically a flavorful and aromatic dish, was drenched in oil, leaving a greasy residue on our plates. The excessive oiliness not only affected the taste but also made it an unpleasant experience to consume.
Considering the subpar service and lackluster food quality, it's safe to say that this visit to Samudhra was one of the worst dining experiences we've had. We had hoped to enjoy a delicious Indian meal in a welcoming environment, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The restaurant failed to meet even the most basic expectations of customer service and culinary excellence.
We sincerely hope that Samudhra takes customer feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a more pleasant dining experience in the future. As for us, we will be reluctant to return to this establishment and will instead seek out other Indian restaurants in the area that prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver on the promise of quality cuisine.

Horrible food, unfriendly staff, never going here again. Highly don't recommend it. Had a bad time all around. The food is too pricey and expensive, and the food quality doesn't resemble that. Staff are arrogant and have big egos.

Had a great experience with this restaurant, Good Food, Ambiance and there service staff. Will definitely come back and I will recommend my other friends and family.
