The food is excellent

Disappointing, the food except for the salads was ok at best, my wife had a steak that was over cooked and a little hard to chew, not to mention the size. I had the rack of ribs and they were a little dry and just ok. We do not go out to eat often and we don't send food back to be corrected, we just don't go back to the resturant. I would like to complement the service, the server did a good job.
We have been to Longhorn before and were very satisfied, for some reason the food has changed.
